I prefer to empower employees to make decisions when opportunities exist, and openly ask that they participate in decision-making processes whenever possible. I am extremely results-oriented, and work well when allowed to accomplish what needs to be done without direct supervision. Likewise, employees under my supervision are expected to accomplish their assigned duties without being micro-managed. My fiscal responsibilities are precise, and my communication skills are excellent. I am extremely straightforward, honest, thorough, and dedicated to my employer and my job responsibilities. Furthermore, I am an excellent organizer, competent administrator, and a proven manager. I am presently involved with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program, the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts of America, and various clubs at Louisiana Tech University. Past involvement includes coaching youth soccer and basketball, and serving as Den Leader, Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and District Advancement Chairman for Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts in both Texas and Louisiana.
